Dew drops was an attempt to solve the complex matrix of urban housing in modern contemporary cities like gurugram.
The brief was to design 50 units of same size with maximum frontage to the garden. The design comprised of a stepping type solution with terrace garden at each step thereby giving six pent houses and attaining maximum exposure to every unit.
The finishing vocabulary consisted of modern materials.
The design sets an example of urban modern housing and setting a new standard for living environments.
